Chapter 31 – Second Term

Yuuta’s second term of his second year of high school became even more rose-colored. Sixteen new girls were added to his class. Under the lead of his direct affiliate, Yukishiro, they formed the Minato group of high-class daughters. Coupled with the thirty-nine girls of the Yoshiwara group, his class now boasted a whopping fifty-five girls.
Because of the large number of people, they had considered splitting the class into two, but in the end, they opted to keep one class in a larger classroom to foster more interaction between the Yoshiwara and Minato groups.
Having fifty-five girls in their slightly sexy summer uniforms assembled in class could only be described as a festival of beauty. Yuuta, who was attending despite everyone’s worries, felt the class’s gorgeousness made him much healthier and more energetic.
Since it had already been registered, the affiliation of Yukishiro, Akari, and the other Minato girls was set in stone, but Yukishiro applied to become a direct affiliate once more. Yukishiro’s direct affiliation was acknowledged, and, following that, the indirect affiliation of the other fifteen girls was acknowledged as well. After they received the blessings of the Yoshiwara group, the class finally became one, and everyone rejoiced.
The significant events of the second term would be the school trip in October and the school festival in November. Often, school trips would take the students to regions other than Toukyou and even foreign countries, but considering Yuuta’s health, they decided to travel to a place close to Toukyou. Even so, everyone in class accepted the destination with delight when Yuuta announced it.
“Speaking of the school trip in October, we will be going to 『Dreamseducer Land』, which has been constructed in Makuhari. We will be able to enjoy a reservation before the official opening.”
Dreamseducer Land was a theme park constructed by the Yoshiwaras. Initially, it had been built as a Dreamseducer Yuu-exclusive theme park one could enjoy while using Yuu’s sex goods, but at present it was planned also to add attractions of other men who had started as dreamseducers. Having said that, most of the theme park currently revolved around Dreamseducer Yuu.
“It seems like there are various attractions and sights, so let’s have fun over there together.”
Dreamseducer Land had set up attractions that used the memory function. Some of the memory data was only available in Dreamseducer Land, from Dreamseducer Yuu’s voice recordings and touch sensations, all the way to insertion movements. They even had a secret scenario for Dreamseducer Yuu’s VR game. This exclusive memory data would have massive appeal to women in Nihon.
“『Unique Data』 catered towards all of you will be hidden in various spots of Dreamseducer Land during the school trip, so please do your best to find it.”
Unique data was special because only one copy of it existed in the world. A personal voice message for each of the fifty-six women, including Tomoe, would be hidden during the trip. If they brought their tablet to a specific location, the voice data would be downloaded automatically. Even after the park was opened to the general public, the unique data would remain hidden somewhere in Dreamseducer Land. But as soon as someone downloaded it, it would become impossible to download it again. It’d remain the sole possession of the person who obtained it. However, since they’d be allowed to share it with others for free, Yuuta suspected the unique data would gradually spread. Of course, selling the data would be forbidden, and if someone were caught doing so, they’d be banned from ever revisiting Dreamseducer Land.
Moreover, it was decided that everyone would bring their Succubus Suits to enjoy Dreamseducer Land while wearing them.
Once the school trip in October was over, the school festival in November would be around the corner. Yuuta and the others planned to hold the school festival in the same format as last year, but the number of invited guests would likely double. After all, they would not only invite guests related to the Yoshiwaras but also those from the Minatos.
An ordinary school festival lasted one week, but Yuuta’s class planned to start three days early. They’d iron out the details in the near future. Personally, Yuuta was looking forward to it, as he expected to see the girls in all kinds of cosplay outfits once again.
After discussing plans for the Service Activities, class interactions, and other matters, the first day of the second term ended.

Yuuta, Aoi, Manami, Yukishiro, and Akari moved from the big classroom to the one they had used before. Yukishiro used this place to offer Yuuta a dagger. It wasn’t the dagger she had received from Saori, but one she had prepared herself.
“Thank you kindly,” Yuuta gladly accepted the dagger from Yukishiro.
The dagger offering was an important event, but the people in the classroom had gathered here for yet another reason. They were going to discuss the future interactions with Yuuta.
Yukishiro had returned to the Minatos at the start of September. At the end of August, she had thanked Nanase and everyone of Yoshiwara for having taken care of her and gone back to the Minatos. From now on, Yuuta would go to the Minatos to interact with Yukishiro.
But.
“Eh? At the Yoshiwaras?”
“Yes. Would you allow me to mingle with Yuuta-sama at the Yoshiwara estate for some time?”
“I don’t mind that, but…”
Yukishiro announced that she wanted to carry out her interactions with Yuuta at his Yoshiwara mansion.
“Just like the Yoshiwaras did, we plan to build a mansion for Yuuta-sama in the Minato estate.”
“Oh my♪”
“It’s scheduled to be ready in December.”
“Thank you for going out of your way for my sake. Does that mean you will meet me at the Yoshiwaras until the mansion has been completed?”
Yuuta was happy that they were building a mansion for his sake, but it was weird how this led to Yukishiro’s interactions with him taking place on the Yoshiwara estate. After all, they could simply use the Minatos’ main residence for this.
‘Maybe there’s some sort of problem?
“There is something I must settle…with my mother.”
“Is Saori-san not welcoming me?”
“No, that’s not it! But…”
Yukishiro didn’t know how to explain it because she didn’t understand it either. However, she couldn’t afford to remain silent about the issue any longer, using the pretext that it was a problem between mother and daughter. She decided to discuss the matter with Yuuta, Aoi, and the others rather than try to shoulder it all by herself.
“To be honest, I don’t know what sort of problem has been plaguing my mother either.”
“You don’t know, you say…?”
“My mother is suffering because of something. I requested to meet my father to solve that problem, but my mother won’t give me permission.”
“Your dad?”
“Yes. I believe the problem weighing down on my mother…has something to do with my father. But, even if that’s the case, why…”
‘Why won’t Saori meet with Yuuta?’
Saori had told Yukishiro that it was fine for her to bring Yuuta to the main residence. But, she also said she’d leave the premises during that time. She assured her daughter that she didn’t hate Yuuta. But when Yukishiro asked her to meet Yuuta, Saori rejected her request. At this rate, things were moving toward a point where Saori might not participate in Yukishiro’s wedding ceremony.
“So you’re saying you will understand the cause behind Saori-san’s worries if you meet with your father?”
“I can’t say for sure whether I will understand them… In any case, I didn’t get my mother’s permission to meet him,” Yukishiro answered Aoi with a powerless voice.
Hearing that, Aoi declared, “Then we just have to go meet him without warning!”
“…That’s impossible. As a matter of fact, last year…Takuya-sama…”
Takuya had suddenly visited Yukishiro’s father during last year’s summer vacation. Her father apparently received Takuya at that time; since then, surveillance of her father had been strengthened, and it had become impossible to visit him without prior notice.
“I don’t want you to misunderstand, Yuuta-sama. My mother doesn’t hate you. She seems to be suffering and worrying about something…a personal problem. Please give her some more time for now.”
“Very well. Let’s have our meetings at my mansion on the Yoshiwara estate, just like up until now. Akari-san, you’re also invited, of course.”
“Oh, thank you ever so much, Yuuta-sama.”

Several days after the start of the second term, Yuuta met with Ayaka in his room in the Exclusive Male Zone. There, he heard something unexpected. It came from Hanasaki, Takuya’s caseworker.
“Layla-san, you say?”
“Yes. I believe Aoi-sama and the others might have kept it secret from you, Yuuta-sama, but while you were unconscious, Layla-san actually tried to get in contact with you as caretaker of Lyra-sama, a royal of the Mir Kingdom.”
“Ah, I had already wondered why Layla-san was present when I woke up. When I asked later, I heard she was taking care of a person called Lyra-san. So you’re saying Layla-san was trying to get in touch with me?”
“Yes. Her objective was obviously you. Though we don’t know her reason or objective.”
“I see…. And that’s why she might get in contact with me once more, you believe?”
“Hanasaki-san also said that she didn’t know whether Layla-san would contact you. But, she asked that you contact her in case Layla-san does get in touch with you.”
“Well, if it’s just contacting her, that should pose no problem. I understand. If Layla-san tries to get in touch with me, I will immediately contact you or Tomoe-san.”
“Okay. I will inform Hanasaki-san that you accepted to cooperate with her.”
“Please do. But, although she says Layla-san is going to contact me…it’s realistically impossible, isn’t it? We don’t have any points of contact to begin with.”
“True… Though the ball during the school festival in November would offer such a possibility.”
“Oh, you’re right.”
“But, Takuya-sama cannot take part.”
“Huh? Is that so?”
“Yes. With the events of last year in mind, Takuya-sama has been barred of taking part this year.”
“In that case, an opportunity for Layla-san to get in touch with me…”
“Doesn’t exist. In addition to that…Hanasaki-san said the period for the cooperation won’t last that long either.”
“It won’t?”
“I don’t understand it either. Then again, I think it’s better if I don’t understand it.”
Ayaka suspected that Hanasaki’s real job was with Public Safety. She didn’t know whether Hanasaki was targeting Layla or someone else. But with Layla’s name cropping up, it was probably related to Mir.
Meanwhile, Yuuta thought about how the prime minister’s request for cooperation was also about contacting Hanasaki if Layla were to contact him. He didn’t know what lay behind all of this, but he assumed it’d be beneficial to the prime minister if he did as told. Still, if he waited for Layla to contact him, the possibility of it happening would remain exceedingly low. After all, Yuuta was protected by the Yoshiwaras, Minatos, and Dreamseducers.
‘Layla-san is Takuya-kun’s direct affiliate. Hanasaki-san is Takuya-kun’s caseworker…
“Ayaka-san.”
“Yes.”
“I’d like to meet with Hanasaki-san.”
“…As you wish.”
Yuuta considered meeting with Hanasaki to raise a certain suggestion during their conversation. He was also curious about the outcome of his consultation with the prime minister, but as long as he could get the prime minister indebted to him, he might expect a positive impact on future discussions.
“I will work down the things in front of me, step-by-step, while doing my utmost…”
Those were the words he had answered when Aoi asked him about his future while they were walking through the garden on his birthday.
“That is a wonderful mindset.”
“First up…is Suzune-san’s retrial, which will take place next week. It’s an important retrial for me.”
“Yes.”
“I will talk about the crime I committed.”
“Yuuta-sama…”
What Yuuta did wouldn’t count as a crime in Nihon. Even so, it weighed on Yuuta’s heart.
