It’s been a hundred and fifty years since Demon King Balor started his invasion of the human domain. Defeated in battle, humanity was expelled from the continent, forced to live on floating islands while continuing to fight in order to retake the mainland.

Roc, a young man dreaming of slaying the demon king, is one of the magic swordsmen studying under sword master Barthotas. Together with the swordfighter Elicia, a girl of unyielding will who brandishes a magic shield, and the spirit alchemist Phil, Roc ventures out to explore lost lands, find treasures, and grow stronger for the sake of felling mighty foes.
