I think I’ve seen many other authors do Treant as Trient in the kata or something like that…sooo…yeah.

And like you said, the author most certainly likes to make up entirely new races. Which is one of the things I LIKE about this series, tbh. o.ob

I think that you mistranslated Treant as Torrent… a Treant is a monster in the shape of a tree, a torrent is basically a flood. They are the same when written phonetically in Engrish (probably in Kana, I think), so I can see the mistake being easy to make.
