No, fangs implies it’s not an elf. He also seems to be pissed about comparing him to “living dolls(elves)” and says that he’s of the demon race, the demon race and elf race are not the same. Usually, the demon race in japanese anime/manga/novels tend to have pointy ears, like some elves(the ears of elves can vary between long and short depending on race and author, but elves are usually described as extremely beautiful and doesn’t have stuff like fangs). Demon race always tends to have some kind of demonic trait, like fangs, horns, tail or claws.
