I take back my comparison of Hifumi and Celes. Hifumi makes Celes(of Sevens)’ madness look like Childs play. Hifumi is on the level of Aggrisa(Sevens), Palpatine(Star Wars), Hitogami(if you read The GOOD mainstream LN/Wns you should know this).

He starts wars to stimulate developement of strong and smart people to fight. You must have read some other novel and confused it with this, or blind.

I have this weird feeling that he is slowly, very slowly uniting all the people of this world for the coming days when the death God using that prime minister dude tries to slaughter everyone since he is the God of death. And then…. And then…. Hifumi is called in for some dashing battle with the death God while the armies of the world fight off the death gods minions that he will summon from some random spell through the prime minister guy, like the lord of the rings during the battle at the black gate.

Wow I think I just came up with some weird ass plot line…

At first this story was interesting, but MC’s crazy “All I want is kill and I want war bla bla” became too monotone. Really he is fucked up in the head and reading this gets you a feeling to wish for his death.
