In reply to Anon. Fixed, the word capital city/metropolis was a bit confusing here. Each fief has a capital city/metropolis (e.g. Münster for the Earldom of Earl Biron). In this case Ludan is the political centre whereas Adolamelk is just another capital city/metropolis close by to the border to Orsongrande.
