Wars do bring new progress, yet that’s if they don’t last to long and are not frequent. A country can not survive if wars are constantly being fought since the economic power of a country needs to be stabilized every time after a war. Well Hifumi doesn’t care, he also stabilized his territory way in advance and is staying stable/growing despite the wars. This is good management in my book.

Actually, the development towards reinforced soldiers, even if it is through magic tools and potions,, is something Hifumi wishes for as it naturally means a development of a nation's technology. Well, the man himself just wants to fight strong adversaries, but the idea behind it all isn't wrong, as saddening it might sound, wars always bring about new progress.

Hifumi doesn’t care one bit if his enemy have amassed restructured soldier like Balzhepon. As he want them to motivate creating more, shed much blood as it need, thirst for battle and a way to advance everyone perception towards War. He would open his arms and show them this is how Blood and War should be!
