But she didn’t say anything of that, it’s just “unbreakable”… it shouldn’t be able to wreck anything. Let’s assume that its shape can’t be changed… all that means is that whatever hit it will absorb all of the force involved in the collision. It doesn’t magically add enough power to break something.

It would make more sense if the sword was “unstoppable”, in which case it would just tear right through whatever it hits.

The only thing that makes sense here is destroying magic… if magic has 0 physical resistance then I can see why it would wreck spells. But that still doesn’t make sense because then you should be able to destroy magic with ordinary physical attacks…??

Realistically it’s just that the author doesn’t know what they’re talking about lol. But I’m just gonna ignore the specifics and see if the story is good xD

But ur forgetting his other skills plus his experience in kendo that rock is nothing to him

seams the idea is that this object is some how able to redirect all counter force it has when hitting other objects witch sort of checks out with hardness being just that the object resist changing its shape with force in this case that force is endlessly grater then any other object or force it is a grate thing its not sharp but with this it dose not need to be to go right through anything the only thing that will remotely slow it down is the displacement of matter in its way a sharp weapon would be better at this but that’s it.

Sorry for the rant but the logic used just seems too stupid for me(still gonna read though)
