Okay, I wanted to give moneng85 a chance to answer himself, but oh well.
His correction was valid as the action itself was already completed. Thus past participle would be the proper tense here.
However “had had” sounds just odd in English, no matter how you look at it as a non-native English speaker such as myself, thus I have slightly altered the verb used to make it a bit easier on the eyes. ^^

That makes no sense, maybe you meant “The person himself from the beginning until the end HAD an annoyed, not complying expression”.
But i think the way it was originally was fine.
