Hardly worth it. She likely eats the food of 10 full grown men, but she can’t do the guard duty of 10 soldiers, she can’t chase down 10 different opponents running in separate directions like 10 soldiers could, and she cannot hold the supplies of 10 men (She could physically lift it… but she would need a specially designed backpack that could hold x10 supplies… and even then it would be unwieldy).

Overall, I would prefer the 10 men. While this is a fantasy world… generally, numbers far surpass the strength of a single person. It isn’t about strength- in the terms of RPGs, it is action economy. 10 men can take 10 separate actions at the same time. Even if each is worse than the one super human… it is more likely to restrain the other side’s actions, allowing things like flanking and pincer maneuvers. Regular warriors can make do with slim trail rations to keep up their strength for week before they get to a fight. It is implied she will fail if she doesn’t have a constant stream of good food.

She is an extravagance. It is like a chainsaw that runs off an electrical cord- sure, it would be hard to fight that… but only in the distance of the electrical cord. Sure, she is a single strong weapon to break through a tough area… but in most practices, it would be better just to have more people. She is better suited for facing powerful monsters (whose size and power would require such an ace far mroe than regular humans)… but she would never survive trekking through the forests to get to powerful monsters if there wasn’t a mage holding candy for her.

She only works because she has someone like the protagonist backing her up. That is why her house is likely sending her here- to make her harem material so they can clear her expense off their wallets and maybe get some nice favors. Because if she was REALLY WORTH IT… why send her out to serve as a flunky for someone else?

Well anyone will be weakened withour food for 1-2 days. The problem that she will die without food faster than regular people. But the trade is more than worth. Release her in a crucial moment and the victory is yours(probably).
